About Gudjon Bergmann

Gudjon Bergmann was born on December 24, 1972, in Reykjavik, Iceland, where he spent the early years of his career in the music industry. After he was introduced to yoga in 1996, he turned his life around and began focusing on helping others through smoking cessation seminars, yoga, stress management, meditation, and more. In addition to writing books and columns for Patheos and Medium, Bergmann writes music and nurtures his deep interest in humanism, spirituality, and the world's religions.
