Ever since Gudjon listened to "Accelerated Learning Techniques" with Brian Tracy in 1996 he has been committed to lifelong learning. He has read hundreds of books, attended dozens of seminars, and listened to thousands of hours of audio programs. Gudjon has the ability to gather information quickly and disseminate it in a logical and comprehensible way. He has studied Ken Wilber’s work extensively since 2005 and was the founder of a KW study group in his native country of Iceland. Main areas of interest include personal development, human psychology, history, marketing, integral philosophy, classical philosophy, spirituality, publishing, and best business practices.

Teaches a Balanced Approach
Having been on both sides of the aisle, as a spiritually inclined yoga teacher and a business minded entrepreneur, Gudjon has found a rare balance between the principles of East and West. He respects both science and faith, sees value in goal setting and living detached in the present moment, and easily shifts between liner and holistic or creative thinking.
Noteworthy Achievements
Gudjon Bergmann was born and raised in Iceland. He has written 16 books, trained 80 yoga teachers, taught more than six thousand hours of yoga, spent thousands of hours on stage teaching and lecturing, worked for newspapers, been on radio and TV, and much more. But out of all his achievements he is most proud of his relationships with his wife and two children. He now lives in Austin, Texas, with his family.
